Without loss of quality, Schwalbe uses recycled materials in the production of inner tubes.

Schwalbe has developed its own special devulcanization process that has proven its effectiveness for years. Currently, all standard Schwalbe inner tubes are manufactured with 20% recycled inner tubes.

Considering all transport routes, the energy balance is positive. Only one-fifth of the energy used is compared to producing new butyl.
