Unless explicitly authorized by The Bike Alliance, SL, you may not reproduce, transmit or exploit the content of this website in any way.
2. Information and prices
Bicimarket.com reserves the right to modify the commercial offer presented at www.bicimarket.com (modifications on products, prices, promotions and other commercial and service conditions) at any time.
> Promotional coupons: Users who have discount, gift or promotion codes may use them within the period of validity and the conditions of each of them. The discount or promotion codes are not cumulative, nor in the case of discount shipping costs. If the promotion communication does not specify otherwise the promotional codes will not be applicable to purchases below € 40 and its validity will be 20 business days from its communication. A discount may be limited for a temporary period, for specific user accounts, for the purchase of certain brands or categories of user, as well as for ranges of the total purchase amount. In cases where a promotional coupon refers to a discount on PVP, it will be applied to the price that appears crossed out in the product file. See Section 1 of the conditions. Discount coupons and promotional offers will not apply in the payment method Cetelem financing with free interest unless otherwise indicated in the conditions of the promotion.
All prices of the products displayed on the website include VAT, IGIC in the case of purchases made by residents in the Canary Islands.
'PVPR' or 'Recommended Public Sale Price' - This is the base sale price of each product. When a product has a discount, the PVPR is identified because it is the price that appears on the page.
'Price' or 'Bicimarket Price' - This is the final price at which a product is sold in Bicimarket once the corresponding discount has been applied. This discount is reported on the page as a percentage. When there is no discount the 'Bicimarket Price' and the PVP are the same.
3. Payment Methods
Bicimarket.com offers the following payment methods:
- Tarjeta: The preparation of the order will start from the notification of the payment of the bank. Payment by card is made at the payment gateway of La Caixa through the "Secure Socket Layer" security system, coding the connection and entering the data into the entity's secure server. - Cash on delivery: This form of payment is reserved for PREMIUM customers. Request more information here. The customer will assume the expenses detailed in point 6. In the event that the customer rejects the order upon delivery BICIMARKET.COM may require the client 20€ for the expenses generated by the preparation, shipment and return of the order. In the event that this amount is not paid either Bicimarket.com will demand payment by the appropriate legal means, and may request the inclusion of the debtor in the public records of unpaid.
- Cetelem financing: This form of payment is only available for purchases over € 360. Bicimarket.com offers the connection with the gateway to submit a financing request from Banco Cetelem, SA. The result of such request may be REJECTED or pre-AUTHORIZED or FINANCED. Bicimarket.com will only consider the firm order at the time it receives reliable confirmation from the financier that the operation has been FINANCED, and it may therefore take a few days between the completion of the order and its resolution. 4. Product availability and order delivery
The estimated delivery time of an order is determined by the delivery time of the items that make up the order. Items that indicate 'immediate shipping' have a delivery time of 48h. In the rest of the articles, the delivery time ranges from 3 to 15 days. We remind that only the delivery items in 48 hours will be those of home delivery and not those of collection in store, which require between 2 and 4 additional days to be delivered to the selected store.
In the case of exceeding the deadlines provided by the order you can revoke your purchase and request payment of the order or request that the order be served in two shipments at no additional cost, making a first partial shipment of the available products and / or the return of the number of products that are not available.
If an order matches both items in 'immediate shipping' and items in normal availability, the delivery time will be that of items that are not in immediate availability.

5. Final assembly of bicycles purchased online
In Bicimarket you can buy your bike online and receive it at home in a special protection box.
Bicycles are sent checked. In general, for greater protection and to make its packaging possible, the front wheel and the pedals (if included by the manufacturer) go separately. In some models and brands the degree of assembly may vary, some additional adjustments being necessary for safe use of the bicycle.
The final assembly of the bicycle must be done by a professional. Bicimarket makes available to the customer its Commercial Network of BMK Stores. The customer can choose these stores as a collection point or buy online and then go to them to make the final adjustment. In both cases, the recommended price for this service is 35€.

6. Notification of stock failures and compensation policy
In the event that an order is delayed more than expected or includes an item that cannot be served, Bicimarket.com will inform the customer, doing its best to offer a satisfactory solution. If it is a delay, the estimated delivery time will be informed and the possibility of delivery in two shipments will be given, at no additional cost to the customer. If the item or order finally could not be served, BICIMARKET will try to offer possible alternatives to the unavailable product or, failing that, proceed to refund the amount paid.
7. Preparation, payment and shipping costs
Bicimarket.com itemizes the order costs in the following concepts:
- Preparation Expenses: 1.90 € will apply for receipt, billing, storage and packaging of orders. These expenses are fixed regardless of the method of payment, shipping or the amount of the order.
- Shipping costs: Relating to the expedition services through transport agency. Bicimarket.com sends your orders through the transport companies ASM and MARESA. Shipping throughout Spain (except Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Gibraltar) have a cost of 5.50 EUR VAT INCLUDED.
For orders over 59 €, shipping costs will not be charged, for purchases below the amount will be broken down into the order detail.
Shipping costs will not be charged only for shipments to Spain Peninsula when all items included have the "Free shipping" icon.
In case one of the items does not have this icon, shipping costs will be charged.
For shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Gibraltar, shipping costs will be 125 € for orders that include bicycles and 41 € for all other orders. The user must choose the type of shipment corresponding to their destination so that the price base without VAT is applied. The liquidation of consumption taxes such as the IGIC and tariffs such as the DUA will be paid by the client at the destination.
The delivery times in the Canary Islands range between 10-15 days (always depending on the Climatology and Maritime Traffic). ”
For shipments to the Balearic Islands, shipping costs will be € 35 for orders that include bicycles and € 7 for all other orders.
When the free shipping promotion is carried out, it will only be applied to shipments to Spain Peninsula with a minimum purchase of 10 € and will be valid during the period in which the banners of said promotion are published on the homepage of www.bicimarket.com, or in those in which it is decided to disseminate it. If there is a specific period of dates, this will determine the duration of the promotion.
Check rates and conditions for shipments to other destinations in the European Union. Bicimarket.com does not ship outside the European Union.
- Cash on delivery expenses: They originate in the management of the collection by the transport agencies that are made at the time of delivery of the order. They will be borne by the recipient only in the event that this form of payment has been chosen. Cash on delivery will be 7% of the total amount of the order. Orders will not be accepted through this modality in shipments abroad, shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Gigstad, or in those cases where the order includes a bicycle or whose total amount exceeds 400 €.
- Financing expenses: Only if this payment method is chosen. Derived costs are borne directly by the client against the financing provider, although eventually Bicimarket.com for commercial or promotional reasons may assume them in part or in full. THESE CONDITIONS ARE NOT APPLICABLE FOR FOREIGN SHIPMENTS.
8. Returns, exchanges and cancellations
Bicimarket.com establishes a series of conditions and / or compensations when a customer is faced with the situation of making a total or partial return of an order, making an article change or canceling an order:

- Change: Change is considered when the client wishes to exchange the item received for another, which we have in our catalog and in stock; either due to size error or for other reasons that have nothing to do with its defect. In case of a size error, we collect and send you the new size for free if your order exceeded 75 euros, provided that the new size requested has the indication "Delivery in 48 hours". The families of products subject to this promotion are: Sneakers, Jackets, Raincoats, Helmets, Jerseys, Sleeves, T-shirts, Protections, Vests, Caps / Caps, Legs, Pants and Gloves; excluding any other product that is not included in this list. 9. Guarantee
All products are guaranteed for 2 years, except in those cases where the manufacturer explicitly offers a longer term. If an item has manufacturing and / or malfunction, it will be sent to the brand. The waiting time will vary depending on the management time of the technical service of each brand. The decision to change or repair the item will depend exclusively on the brand..
If after the appropriate checks of the corresponding technical service, these determine that the product has no fault or the failure does not come under warranty, labor and shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
To process and ensure the correct management of any incident it is necessary to fill out the form below in which the necessary and essential information is specified for a correct processing of the possible guarantee.
Once the request is received, we will contact the brand, supplier, manufacturer or technical service to manage the incident (if applicable as a guarantee) and we will inform you about the situation as soon as possible, indicating the procedure to follow.
10. Promotions
General conditions for promotions, campaigns and special offers:
- Unless otherwise indicated, all offers will be valid, except for typographical errors, until the date of validity communicated or while stocks last.
- Unless stated otherwise, offers and promotions are not cumulative with each other, or with other promotional incentives such as free shipping, gifts, codes or discounts.

Products from returns or exhibitions or demonstrations in a physical store.
