Sabemos que muchos de vosotros est\u00e1is quemando los rodillos con sesiones de entreno \u00abmaratonianas\u00bb, pero os queremos recordar la importancia de no dejar de lado el trabajo de fuerza.<\/p>\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3n os mostramos una serie de ejercicios que nuestro amigo Eduard Galindo, fan\u00e1tico del ciclismo y Personal Trainer, nos ha recomendado.<\/p>\n<p>Todos los ejercicios se pueden llevar a cabo sin material deportivo y los pod\u00e9is realizar en vuestras casas de la manera m\u00e1s sencilla. Realiza unas 3-4 series de entre 8 y 12 repeticiones cada una.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tren Inferior:<\/strong> nuestras piernas son el motor que hace avanzar la bici, con lo cual, el principal grupo muscular a entrenar.
