Para ello hemos seleccionado 5 ejercicios b\u00e1sicos para entrenar las piernas en cualquier gimnasio:<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>Sentadilla o Squat<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>Es uno de los ejercicios m\u00e1s conocidos y utilizados en el mundo del entrenamiento.
